Business Entity (Corporation, Partnership, and Limited Liability Company) Termination
Your business is a legal entity unto itself. Should there be a time when the entity is no longer desired, needed, or otherwise, the entity has to be terminated using the appropriate legal methodology. Otherwise, as you walk away, the entity continues to exist and may in fact accrue direct and contingent liabilities that will find you. Be certain that the END is actually the END of your business entity because you don’t want it to be the END of you.
If you need to terminate your business entity, the attorneys at Hoyt, Stanford, and Wynne can help you.
